Frequently Asked Questions
Where does my dog stay during Board & Train?
Dogs stay in a home-based training environment rather than a high-volume commercial kennel. Capacity is intentionally limited so each dog receives focused, individualized work.
What is included in the 30-day program?
The program includes professional training, an e-collar, a detailed 2–3 hour go-home lesson, five in-home follow-up lessons, lifetime follow-up lessons at Taylor’s scheduled training location, and continued support.
Do you guarantee behavior?
Dogs are living animals, so no ethical trainer can guarantee that behavior will remain unchanged regardless of owner follow-through. The program is designed to create strong results and teach you how to maintain them consistently.
Do you work with aggression and reactivity?
Yes. Mild to moderate reactivity, overarousal, barking, lunging, and manageable aggressive behavior can be addressed through private lessons or our 30-Day Board & Train. Dogs with a serious bite history, persistent intent to engage or harm, or behavior requiring a more intensive safety and rehabilitation plan may be better suited for our Behavior Modification Program. An evaluation helps determine the safest and most appropriate option for you and your dog.
Will my dog listen to me after training?
Transfer is a major part of the program. The go-home session and five in-home follow-ups are designed to teach you the communication and structure your dog learned during training.
Do you offer discounts or financing?
Save $250 when paying in cash. A 20% military/first responder discount and financing options may also be available.
